This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what data the website bda-bali.com (the “Site”) collects about its visitors, and how that data is used and protected. The data controller is PT REAL EST MARKETING (registration number NIB 1809230055315, director Dmitrii Totoev), which owns the Bali Developers Accelerator (BDA) brand and the Site (the “Company”, “we”).

By using the Site and submitting a request to us, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the processing of your data on the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not submit any forms or share your data with us.

1. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to respond to your request and to run the Site.

Data you provide yourself — when you fill in a request form, click “Get a shortlist”, or message us in a messenger:

• name;
• phone number and/or messenger contact (WhatsApp, Telegram);
• email address — if you provide one;
• the content of your enquiry (budget, area of interest, property type, etc.).

Data collected automatically — when you visit the Site, via cookies and web-analytics systems:

• IP address, approximate region, device and browser type, language;
• the pages you viewed and your actions on them;
• how you reached the Site (search, ad, link, messenger).

We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) and do not request payment details — no payments are made through the Site.

2. Why we process data

• to handle your request, prepare a property shortlist and get in touch with you;
• to answer questions and support you through the consultation and the deal;
• to analyse traffic and behaviour on the Site and improve its usability and content;
• to comply with applicable law;
• with your separate consent — to inform you about new materials, properties and services.

3. Legal bases for processing

We process data on the following bases: your consent (submitting a form or contacting us constitutes consent); the necessity of processing to respond to your request and provide services; our legitimate interests (keeping the Site running and secure, analytics); and legal requirements.

4. Cookies and web analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help the Site work correctly, remember settings and collect anonymised statistics. To analyse traffic we use third-party services:

Cross-border processing. The Company operates in Bali (Indonesia), and the services above may store data on servers outside your country. By sending us data, you agree to its processing, including abroad, with reasonable safeguards applied.

We keep data no longer than needed for the stated purposes, or until you withdraw consent, after which we delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Full protection during transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed, so you share it at your own risk.

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

• request what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
• withdraw consent previously given — this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal;
• object to processing for marketing purposes.
