An agency sells whatever is in stock. A developer praises only its own project. We are the independent side: we test every project against data and take on only what the numbers confirm.

We say “no” more often than “yes” — and that’s why investors trust us.

We reject 80% of projects after analysis. Better to lose a deal than an investor’s trust.
